Women’s Equality Party

#WECount

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE • SOCIAL CAMPAIGN

In the run up to the 2016 London mayoral election, we collaborated with the Women’s Equality Party to centre vital issues that were missing from the majority of candidate’s platforms.

Among the activities, we drew attention to the sexual harassment and violence women face in the city every day and encouraged people to join together to reclaim their streets. Then, as voting day approached, we recruited voices from across the capital to persuade others to donate one of their two votes to WEP.

RESULTS

• 350,000+ votes for WE
• 900k site visits
• 3m+ impressions
• Thousands of map pins and #WECount posts shared
• Press coverage inc. Campaign, The Daily Mail, Forbes, HuffPost, Metro + The Independent
• Shortlisted for a Kinsale Shark Award
