Many young people suffer with stresses and anxieties over their education, relationships, futures and just about every other thing happening in the world. But mental health is often the last thing on their minds.

To cut through the noise, we created a simple, but striking campaign that introduced them to the benefits of mindfulness.

Through posters, targeted videos, social posts and a one pager site, we laid out the basics (and dispelled a few myths) to show Gen Z that 'doing nothing' can work wonders in helping them deal with the everyday pressures they face.
